Meghalayan Turmeric
Grown in the Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya, is very rich in curcuminoid and contains high potential for medicinal use.

Perilla Seeds
Perilla frutescens, commonly called deulkkae, perilla or Korean perilla, is a species of Perilla in the mint family Lamiaceae.
Perilla seed oil consistently contains the one of the highest proportion of omega-3 (ALA) fatty acids, at 54–64%. The omega-6 (linoleic acid) component is usually around 14% and omega-9 (Oleic acid) is also present in perilla oil. These polyunsaturated fatty acids are most beneficial to human health and in prevention of different diseases like cardiovascular disorders, cancer, inflammatory, rheumatoid arthritis etc.

Can be used as a spice and makes delicious chutneys and salads.

Ghost Pepper
Grown in the soil of Assam, Manipur, Nagaland & Mizoram. “Bhut jolokia” or “Ghost chilli” is second hottest chilli in the World. It is also known by other names such as “Naga Jolokia” (named after the ferocious Naga warriors of passed time). Bhut jolokia contains more capsaicin (3-5%) as compared to any other Indian chilli. Tiwari et al (2005) studied capsicum plants with considerable content of capsaicin which drops to 50% if grown in central India rather than Northeastern India. The capsaicin found in capsicum species has been reported to have various pharmacological activities
